As this was in shade and in falling light, you could have opened up your lens to f/5.6 and gained a stop or two of shutter speed. Also, you could have increased your ISO to around 400/800 to gain more speed. If you did both these together, you would perhaps have ended up getting around 1/80 to 1/125 sec or may be even higher around 1/250 sec and that would have helped you obtain a sharp image.
Also, this image looks 'Neat Imaged', did you use noise removal on this? If you did so, I don't think it was necessary, as you were only at ISO 200. Personally, in most cases even at ISO 800 I prefer not to use noise removal as I rate sharpness and detail higher than 'butter smoothness'. In any case, a RAW file, after regular post processing, when re-sized to web viewing dimensions will in any case lose a lot of noise.

oh yes, i did use 'Selective Neat' - especially on the greenery around the horns !!!
