    More commonly known as the ashy crowned sparrow lark, these birds are very common near Shamirpet lake, hyderabad.

    canon 60D, canon 100-400 L IS USM
    f7.1, 1/250sec, ISO 400, EV +0.7, 400mm, cropped.

    A very nice overall feel to the image. Bhargava Im just wondering that at f7.1 also the beak is not in good focus! Is the focus point on the body?

    Nice eye contact. The clean background enhances the composition. Agree about the beak, maybe the focus is on the body, so the DOF doesn't cover the beak. I am still not sure though as 7.1 should be sufficient. Thanks for sharing.
