Nice eye contact. The narrow aperture has helped. The details on the nest look nice. The left side of the bird (below the neck) seems to have got over exposed and have lost details. Giving a slight -ve EC would have been good. You can also try to recover the details in post processing. The clean background adds to the image. Thanks for sharing.
