Catch me if you can.. Spot Billed Pelican

This was clicked at Rangannathitttu.. I was in a boat and this guy was sitting on a small rock.. to get a better close up i started moving towards this Pelican... it has seen me from the corner of the eye and started moving into water... after getting into water still checks i am following or not..

I was guilty of disturbing him....

The light seems a bit harsh. The wings are over exposed. Giving a -ve EC would have been good. A wider aperture like f7.1 would have sufficed in this case also giving a higher ISO. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Mrudul for the feedback.

The image was taken at 11.30 AM when the sun was getting right on top. AV adjustment was mere negligence which i am now concious of the discipline. Will take care of these things while clicking images in future.
