I had photographed this tiger in Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra.
Canon EOS 1D Mark II, Canon EF 300mm F4 L IS USM, ISO 800, f4, 1/160, full frame image.
Look forward to your critiques.

Superb one... love the angle here. BW looks good. would love to see color version too.
Nice sharp shot, the contrast is good. Would have loved the bottom mound on the left to be absent...
Wow, this image is so beautiful.
Reminds me of the white tigers I saw in Bandavgarh (Panna - MP) decades back.
Nice one Sabyasachi. I like the perspective but would have liked to see a greater range of mid-tones.
Apana
beautiful shot.....B/W works for this one..
agree with Bibhav though... the bottom mounds not being there wud hv made the pic so much better....
Nice to see a Tadoba tiger (tigress?) from you... the animal is nicely isolated in the frame with the bamboo forming a lovely background. Would love to see a colour version too.
Cheers,
Aditya
Kiran & Aditya,
Colour version for you.
I would have liked greater dof. Unfortunately, the light was not sufficient and I was standing on the seat of the gypsy to come to eyelevel as the tiger was sitting on top of a bund.

the colour one looks lovely especially the eye contact....my personal take is that i still cannot appreciate a b/w picture of a tiger...the stripe patterns and colours makes the tiger more beautiful and powerful I feel. The thing about a white tiger is that it has an altogether different persona which makes it attractive which the b/w image of a non-white tiger doesnt capture..my thoughts thats all..
