    Default Smooth Coated Otter

Romp of Smooth Coated Otter, these beautiful otters fall under vulnerable category and not easily sighted in group.

We also witnessed these otters attacking a full grown Mugger Crocodile. Will post that later.

Nice image, like a documentary record for this species which is becoming rarer by the day. Excellent display of the habitat. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful image. Nice composition. They are so playful that you start playing in your mind. This was my feeling when I saw them in Kaziranga (posted on 22/12/2011). Thanks for sharing. SaktiWild

Amazing sighting. Very rare to sight such a big group of otters. Is there a slight tilt? Look forward to more in the series. Thanks for sharing.

Lovely sighting of these otters. We don't see them often. In which zone did you sight them? Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
