Nice to see White-breasted Kingfisher ( White-throated Kingfisher) from Rajaji. In this image the throat is white but white is possibly not extended upto the centre of breast. Nice Perch. Colours look natural. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild
They can stay far away from water and survive on lizards, frogs etc. Roopak had posted some nice behaviours in the Natural History section.

Nice perch and good eye contact. You could have tried placing the main body part of the subject in one of the power points of the rule of thirds. From that perspective, providing more space at the top, as well as ensuring that the head/eye is on the rule of thirds. The rule of thirds would also require more space on the left of the frame. Thanks for sharing.
