Nice formation.. Wonder if the crow's playing odd one out...
The focus isnt on the birds... it seems to be a bit off...
Nice formation, especially with alternating male and female, would have liked more space to the left, and maybe a bit more cropping from the top and bottom.
The image does seem unsharp, and the noise is quite visible (because of ISO 800?)
Do post the shutter speed and aperture too.

I agree with Abhishek. More space in the direction they are looking would result in pleasing compositions. Is it a big crop? Please check the size of the image you are uploading. Any size larger than 200kb in size or larger than 800 pixels in the longest direction would be automatically resized by the software and you will lose quality. I hope that is not the case here.

this is lovely sight... agree with points below
I like this shot.... 2 couples and a crow.... :-) a bit more space in front of the birds ( line of sight) would have given a better perspective....
So sorry about my typo... I mean more space to the right i.e. the direction the birds are facing.
