    Default Common Kingfisher

This Photo was taken at Sunderbans Tiger Reserve, W. Bengal. When I foot down from boat for 'Mangrove Walk', a trail developed by forest department, I saw this bird sitting for fish near a sweet water pond.

Nice image.. i like the composition. It is sharp. You can mildly (a tad) reduce the highlights...

    Hi Atul,
Lovely image. I like the composition. The image is sharp. How come the background is so black? The texture on the tree trunk is nice. A little bit reduction in highlights especially on the foot would be good. It would have been fantastic with a fish. I hope next time you can show us that. :-)

    Cheers,

I love the composition. The bokeh and DOF is spot on. the tree bark is adding that extra punch to this photograph

What a photo, amazing. Lovely composition, do you think there is some scope to sharpen the photo a little bit.

Fantastic shot. Do try reducing the highlights. The BG is brilliantly clean. Nice compo and pose.

The tree trunk looks slightly unsharp to me... in fact it seems to have a "motion blur" kind of look... How come no one else has mentioned this?
