    Default White-bellied Sea Eagle pair

Shot these a couple of days back at Agonda, Goa. Shot from a boat with the 100mm macro lens , plus cropped substantially.

    Canon 500D, 100mm Macro USM
    Tv 1/4000
    Av 6.3
    ISO 800
    Cropped
Forgot to lower the ISO. Had set it high for photographing dolphins. There is some serious quality loss due to the crop and some noise due to the high ISO... so I guess this is more of a record shot.

Posting after a long time. Will soon share some more images from the trip. Thanks, C&C awaited.

Nice to see you back. Lovely sighting. Getting 2 of them in a frame is quite rare. Nice perch and the eye contact adds to the image. Wish you were closer. Did you sight any dolphins? Thanks for sharing.

Nice to see you back in action. This is quite rare. Well done Abhishek. Despite the large crop, the details seem acceptable. I wish you had shot some images at a lower ISO.

Lovely Sighting Abhishek. In Agonda, near the left side of the beach in the hills there are 3 resident WBSE that I have seen on occasion. Also in Palolem, you will find them along the cliff line if you take a boat into the waters. Did you go to Cotigao? Lets plan one soon.

Bibhav: I believe these are 2 of the residents you refer to. I did see 3 in all, at the very location you have mentioned. Yes, the Cotigao trip has been pending... will get in touch with you asap, exams round the corner now. :|
Atul: I currently stay in Karwar, studying here for 2 years at least. Have made some 4-5 short trips to Goa from here. About 20 minutes to Goa from where I stay .
Roopak: Missed the flight shot... kicking myself for that . Maybe next time...
