    Happy Republic Day..!!

Congrats on your first tiger sighting . The dripping water looks nice. Some more details would have enhanced the image further. Thanks for sharing.

Congratulations on your First sighting of a Tiger on the Republic Day of the largest democracy in the world.
I like the pose, composition, water dripping down from the body.I feel slightly underexposed photograph shows the mystique characteristics of the Tiger. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

I agree that the rim light with the dripping water gives a nice feel. While using auto focus, you need to quickly see if the focus is locking or not. Most of the auto focus systems work on the basis of difference in contrast, so the auto focus point locks on to the area with maximum contrast. So when the tiger is in shadow, the critical focus gets missed.

I am happy that after so many safari's you saw a tiger. That adds to the mystique of the tiger as well. I am sure you will see many more in the future.

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi
