Confirming the success... Kite Fishing

I had a great day yesterday at TG Halli... in particular following two lazy and Two Kites... ( after being shunted away from waters by security guards)

I cannot comment on the quality of the image.. but following the behavior of these birds has been a tremendous experience.

This bird first came around from some where, teased the lazy grey heron for 5 to 10 mins.. later found its prey did a touch down to waters.. but missed..landed on a small rock next to the spot.. after 2 mins rest again dived into waters and got what it was looking for..

Nature's drama so well documented.Superb composition and timing.In my view, the heron had already made the kill or caused such injury to the fish that,though alive,it was floating in distress.It is a case of grabbing by Black Kite.Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild
