Default Predator and Prey: II - id please

This is a different image from the series. This image shows the crest. I am now confused about the id. Initially, when I saw it from a distance, I thought that it is a crested serpent eagle. But when I saw it clearly through the lens, thought that this is probably a Crested Hawk eagle or Changeable hawk eagle. I was suggested that it is Honey Buzzard. It looks like one but the eyes look different and t has a crest. Short Toed snake eagle has a larger head and is more owl like. Also the legs has furs in this case.

Guys please open up your bird books. All help appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi

I'd say Changeable Hawk Eagle after looking at Kazmierczak. Unfortunately, the Naoroji opus does not cover the commoner raptors.

Congrats on this amazing sighting! Its Changeable Hawk Eagle for sure. A little bit more sharpness will help tremendously.

Would have loved if you could have included more of the monitor and less of the top . But then it is a rare moment caught on camera . Just brilliant !!!
