I would suggest you to use atleast 400 ISO with this beautiful nikon EXPEED technology which will give you really good results with 400 iso and better shutter speed.

In this image focus seems to be on the bark. What was the shutter speed and aperture? Your previous image is miles ahead.
I agree with Mital regarding a higher ISO if required.

Parakeets are really very intertesting to photograph with their different poses and antiques. Liked the perch and the clear BG. Agree with Sabyasachi about the focus.
