Seems they were mating. The eye contact is nice. Was it possible to move a bit more to the left? Nice clean background. There is some noise in the background. Is this a crop? Thanks for sharing.

I'm not sure what these are, they could be one of the several species of wolf snakes found on the south. moving more parallel to the snakes would have given more apparent depth of field.

it is a crop..
the reptiles are dangerous .. because of that not make more good positions... the flash disturbed them.. so they separated and escaped
Nice image. The large eyes, round pupils and nosrtils have come out well. In South there are good number of species which are highly localised. It appears to me as some Bronzeback Tree Snake (non-venomous)-Dendrelaphis tristis.Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild
