Nice Composition and lovely perch. A bit noisy and a bit of saturation (maybe high iso and a crop ?)
If you do post the EXIF details it would be good.

Nice to see this colorful bird. The red flowers look nice with its red colour. Agree with Rajan, there is lot of noise and loss of details. Please post the EXIF details. Thanks for sharing.

I guess this was clicked in very poor light and large crop, so the grains in the image looking like stained glass.
