Wow lovely mid air pose captured. Good details and sharpness. Its nice that you got it in the open and going parallel to you. Was it a sudden jump? Is this full frame? Please share the EXIF details. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Mrudul. There were two of them when suddenly they started running.
7D, 100-400mm @ 400mm
1/320, f7.1, Iso200, very slight crop from the bottom and right.
