Default Blue capped rock thrush - male

Shot in Pangot. Quite a beautiful bird and very shy. Wish the light had been better...was shooting into the sky at around 12

    Shot with the Nikon D90, Nikkor 70-300mm VR, at 300mm, ISO 400, 1/2500s - F/5.6

Lovely perch and nice eye contact. The lower portion is underexposed and have lost details. Wish the light had been better, the colours would have looked even better. Thanks for sharing.

This looks more like a chestnut bellied rock thrush (Monticola rufiventris) to me kaustav. it seems to have some white (pollen?) on its face and throat..

You were using a high shutter speed. A positive exposure compensation would have helped here as the image is underexposed. When the subject is small and is against the bright sky, the metering is according to the sky and hence your subject which is darker than the sky will get underexposed.
