Are you clicking in Jpeg or in Raw? How big a crop is this? Were you using evaluative metering? Which software do you use to process your images?
I like the outstretched wings of the Vulture. However, light condition was not ideal. The image needs a bit of positive exposure compensation as it appears a bit dark. It happens when a major portion of your image is the sky. The meter reading gets fooled by the bright portion.
Crop wise, I would like to remove the lone leaf at the top of the frame. And at the bottom of the frame, I would crop a bit more so that the small portion of the branch appearing towards the bottom right of the frame is not taken off.
