Hi Sabyasachi; Male wild boars in NSTR that I have seen till date, most of them will not run away, especially in the night, they will just move a little away and watch you intently. Looks like they do not fear and sometimes i felt they were just waiting for me to step down from car and charge. quite headstrong (or brave).
this sighting lasted more than 5 mins from very close quarters, boar was just sifting here and there and i was moving the car to get pictures, got half a dozen of snaps.
