Photographed in Rumbak Valley(Hemis National Park) at Ladakh. It was so cold (-18 degree) that our hands became numb after half an hour to one hour of photo-shoot.

Nice. More of the sky and less of the mountain (maybe by moving closer to the tent and shooting to the right) would have been better in my opinion. Did you try any star trail images with this composition?
TFS
P.S. Nice to see an image from a Tokina 11-16, would love to know more about this lens in the equipment discussions section...
Abhishek stole my thunder . I was just thinking of asking you if you tried any star trails which is when I read Abhishek's post... The sky looks beautiful. Just a few days back I saw an amazingly clear sky and thought if only our cities/towns gave this view. Nice image Sucheth, thanks for sharing.
Thank you Abhishek and Murugan for your valuable comments....
Abhishek : ya you are write more of stars and less of mountain would have been better... thought of doing Star trail but did't do it.
Superb view of sky with the tent in foreground. Thanks for sharing
Nice image. Agree that moving in closer to the tent would have been good as well. This image tells us about the place. Many will get inspired to go there after looking at your and Hymakar's images. May be a report in the wilderness updates section highlighting the difficulty/unforgiving terrain would be of help as many photographers who are not on top of their fitness may be tempted to make some futile attempts.
