Don't mind the twig in his eye at all. Perhaps the highlights need a be pulled a tiny tad here.

The twig is fine. but feel that the point of focus is near the rump rather than on the eye...
This clearly looks like an image that has been resized by the software. Please check if it is marginally higher than 200kb. Yesterday, I uploaded an image that was 199kb, and the software somehow read it as 200 or so and the image got resized.
Better to avoid creating file sizes very close to 200kb.

Sabyasachi, I just checked, it is a just over 200kb. It was one of my file shots, had processed it long back, so hadn't noticed the file size. Thanks for pointing out.
Will resize and upload later.
