    Default Common Crow

This photo was taken in Sivanipalli part of the Denkanikotta forest. There were hundereds of these winged beauties all over near the bamboo groves, what a sight to behold....

    ISO - 125
    Camera - Nikon D80
Lens - Sigma 70-300mm APO DG Macro
Focal lenth was somewhere between 200mm - 300mm.

Good one, nicely blurred BG. Do you have any images with many of them in the frame?
Also do mention the aperture, shutter speed etc.
    Keep posting

    Hi Siddharth,

Beautiful. The details and colours are nice. Nice clear BG. What was the aperture you were using?
You can also post a bigger image with 800 pixels on the longer side, that will give a better view .

    Look forward to more..

Nice image. The butterfly is parallel to the camera so the wings are properly in focus. I think you used f5.6. Good image. The Clean background aids...

    Hi,

Sorry Guys I'm not able to recall the other properties nor do I have them stored anywhere however I guess Bibhav got it right it should be f5.6. Abhishek I do a photo with quite a lot of them in one frame I'll post it now. Thank you all for your feedbacks and appreciations.

    Siddharth,
Nice image. The background is nicely diffused and helps in the image poping up. Lovely. Please remember that while posting images with max 800 pix on the longest side the file size should be less than 200kb.

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi
