Spotted owlet - Kanha

One of the famous gatekeepers of Kisli . Probably the most photographed spotted owlet family in the world

This image was taken in Feb 09. I was able to visit Kanha again this May. The hollow in the tree had be captured by a Barn owl. The Spotted owlets had been using this tree for ages ....

Would love to have latest updates as to who rules the tree..

Liked the composition. Sharp. Nice perch. The texture on the tree are interesting. You can consider to crop a bit to eliminate the bottom left corner.
