    Default The curious predator

ID: Jumping spider, Specific ID help appreciated

While clicking an over friendly mantis, there seemed to be this beauty prowling on from one leaf to other, probably on a look out for a prey, away from the attention of us, almost unsuspecting about our presence. The beauty kept a look out at the higher leaves, probably for the next venture for a prey.

Nice. I feel a higher shutter speed would have been better. As you are using 80D, I feel you can comfortably increase the ISO to 800/1000 or even to 1600 without worrying much about the noise. Thanks for sharing.

The composition is fine. I think the focus is slightly ahead and the leaf may have moved slightly. Slight more sharpness and it would start looking much better. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
