The image is sharp. It shows the sore patch nicely. The slight rim lighting around the ears look nice. I agree with the composition. A little bit of space at the bottom would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

Nice enviornment image. Liked the eye contact and the alert look. The sore patch is nicely visible. Agree about some more space at the bottom.
