A nice image. If you had gone a bit below then you would have got the bird more against the open sky and the bg foliage would have merged with the thorny perch. A nice image nonetheless...

Nice image. The head is nicely turned to give a good eye contact. Most of the times we say that a lower angle would have been good. In this case, theoretically, a higher angle could have ensured the background to be uniformly green. However, I am not sure, whether practically it would have been possible. I am atleast happy that the dividing line of foliage and sky didn't pass behind the neck. Thanks for sharing.
