Lovely Osprey... Nice stare... I would reduce the sharpening a little bit. The colour bands in the background look nice...

Nice image. I like the background colours. I am not a big fan of man made structures, but when such a beautiful bird is perched, can't help it. At least the scat has kind of toned down the yellows. The side lighting brings out the form well. In this case, since the Osprey is directly looking at the barrel of the lens, the shadow due to the side lighting falls on the eye. That takes away a bit from the image. May be if you can pull up the shadows a bit, then it will look better. I am tempted to check how a lower contrast version will look like.
