Yes, I think its a Grey Heron. Beautiful pose. I think it had just taken off. The eye contact and the details under the wing are nice. I think there is some tilt, you can correct that. Overall a nice photograph. Is it one of your first few flight photographs?

Yes, this is a grey heron Ardea cineria. Nice shot. The bird is sharp. I think you need to tone the highlights down a bit.
