    Smile Its the Drift.. Now

    Hi All,

Am honoured to know that the members liked my previous post. I am here posting one more from the series, wherein we see the Kite actually drifting like a duck. not much of the movement is captured though - was sucessful in capturing the posture.

From the previous post i understand that the image required more sharpness and reduction of highlight.. i have given it a try (not completely sucessful), but not been sucessful on the highlight part of it.

Since this behaviour is new.. i would request if any of the members could throw some light on this unusual behaviour.

I would like to thank all the critique's and comments - its helping me a lot to be a better photographer and a presenter as well...

Nice behaviour captured. I wish you cold have got a better angle. A bit more space overall would be nice. You can play around with reducing the highlights in the future.
    Thanks for Sharing.

Nice behaviour. The details on the feathers are nice. You can try to reduce the highlights in the right corner. You can refer to the following threads to get to know more about processing highlights in lightroom :-

I agree with the above comments.

Birds have to remain clean. They clean up their feathers either by taking bath in water, or dust and also clean up their feathers through their beak. They also are known to use smoke , sit on anthills and even rub termites on their feathers.
