The composition is nice. I would use a bit more fill light to get some mode details in the eye and brow. Thanks for sharing. Overall this is nice. Well Done...

I don' t use the inbuilt flash in the 50D. I prefer the natural light, than the flashed look. I don't think there is any need for fill light in the image. I have cropped the image to check for the details at the eye and brow and attaching it for your reference.

    Thanks for the comment.

I meant the fill light in lightroom As in I wanted a bit more brightness in the subject.

I would have preferred less clutter at the back, time to revisit!

Lovely shot. Nice compo. Agree with Bibhav about adding some fill light in PP.

Thanks Apana, I agree that shifting the lens slightly to the right would have helped as the branch at the lower left corner would have been eliminated.

Bibhav, fill light and brightness are two different things. I posted the cropped version, to show that the eye and the brow details were visible. Maybe you can re-work on the image, so we both are on the same page. Thanks for the comments.

    Hi Mrudul,
The image is fine as it is. Absolutely...
I just felt that the eye region could do with a bit more opening...
posting with slight addition of fill light.

Not much difference. You can also try high key in this case nearly burning up the sky. I agree that the image would be stronger without the diagonal branch at bottom left. I like the eye contact. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
