    The nits - the throat area is a bit burnt out due to the harsh mid day sun

    I like the branch. Lowering the colour temperature will help the bright areas. You can experiment with slightly lower contrast. Look forward to more.

    Nice composition and colours. The perch is nice. I agree lowering the colour temperature will help. The eye contact is nice. Thanks for sharing.

    The series of Kingfishers are from Bhitarakanika, the mangrove forests in orissa.

    Bhitarakanika has a total of 8 species of Kingfishers ( 7 resident and 1 migratory), and I managed to see and photograph 6 of the species.
