Default Tigress @ Sawai Madhopur Sanctuary #1

The Ranthambore Tiger Reserve consists of the following Protected Areas:

    1. Ranthambore National Park.
    2. Sawai Madhopur Sanctuary.
    3. Sawai Mansingh Sanctuary.
    4. Kela Devi Sanctuary.

We shot this sub adult Tigress at Kundal in Sawai Madhopur Sanctuary on 15th March'10 @ 4.09pm. Initially when we sighted she was on the move, scent marking her territory but later she rested on the made made track for quite sometime. We spent almost an hour with her, it was an exciting moment & the memories will remain for a long long time.

    Fantastic shot!!
Eye contact or a slightly open view of the face would have made this image much more appealing.
    Great work

Nice shot Praveen, good composition. Seems like all the tigers in the reserve were attracted to you, were they all following you?

Nice image. I agree with Nikhil's observations. A bit more eye contact would have been better. You have had some good sightings.
    Thanks for sharing.

I agree that this will remain in your memory for a long time. Unless and untill, you top it up with more tigers. Moving slightly to the left, if possible, would have been good.

Nice composition. She does seem quite young. Would like to see more from this series, with some more eye contact. Time spend with tigers is always memorable .
