    Nice pose and eye contact. The raised paw is interesting. Getting it in clear is difficult. Thanks for sharing.

    I like the composition. The critical focus could have been on the eye to retain interest in the head area. The image feels as if the bear is going to tip over . Maybe a bit of counter clockwise rotation might feel better. Thanks for sharing.

    A higher shutter speed would have been better. I would suggest ISO 400. There would be some noise. However, noise can be handled in post processing. Also, it would be hidden in the fur. Background blurring is not necessary.
