What is the froth like substance on its head? I have an image having the same stuff. Can someone throw some light on it?
Nice close-up. You could have zoomed out a bit to include the legs in the full. Wish the bright spot in the right corner was not present. Thanks for sharing.

Nice shot. Nice details. You could have either included the legs in fully, or gone closer to get a close-up of the body.
Bibhav, are you sure it is a frothy substance and not a meal? I haven't noticed it before.
P.S. This is the ventral side (lower side). The earlier image shows the back.
It could be a meal, I'm not too sure. The image I have, has a frothy substance and is somewhat dark and purple just like in this image.
It looks like a catch. The secretions are through the abdomen. Thanks for sharing.
