Atul,
You are losing size due to the framing. Especially in images like this, one should pack in more details. Also, framing is distracting for critiquing.
The forest (trees in the background) have come out well. There is a gap between the elepants at the right side of the frame. You can crop from there. Slightly more space at the left would have enhanced the composition. What was the shutter speed, aperture and ISO?

That is a huge herd. I liked the habitat. The trees in the background give a nice feel of the jungle. Nice composition. Thanks for sharing.
