What was the shutter speed and aperture? The tail and back portion is ok. There is subject movement and the shutter speed appeared to be less, hence the head appears soft. Opening up the shadows a bit will also be better.

Ahhh the harbingers of the monsoon..Nice Atul...many belive the migrants from africa herald the arrival of the monsoon.
You can report sightings on migrant watch., will help the research on this topic.
