The bright part of the sky needs to be toned down (the band at the top). Also, you may try underexposing the scene by about 1/3rd stop. I would have loved it more if the Sun were a little bigger in the scene.

Does this look better? I reduced the exposure by 1/3 and reduced the highlights a bit...

I worked on the image a bit. Reduced the exposure by -1.05
Did some recovery, increased the vibrance and saturation, reduced the highlights and opened up the shadows.
