Good to see a hyena. The ears have come out well. The rim lighting on the ears is nice. Less of negative space at the right would have been good. It is always better to give more space in the direction the animal is looking or moving in.

Hyenas have become one of the rarest in our forests.
The bone trade has had left hyenas in despair. Poisoning the kills too have claimed quite a number of them.
These lesser carnivores are least studied in the wild. All what they want now is protection and adequate space.
Nice sighting and good picture.
Nice to see a Hyena. The eye contact and the details are nice. Agree about more space on the left. Certainly this species is becoming very rare these days, and not lot of people are focussing thier attention for their conservation. Thanks for sharing. Look forward to more.

Certainly a species that we see very less of these days. Primary scavengers are beginning to get rarer by the day and secondary scavengers such as Boars are heading the aces.
I agree that less space on the right would have been good. Good eye contact. The grass in front is mildly distracting. Thanks for sharing.
A rare and beautiful animal. TFS.

You can plant trees but cannot create forests
