Clicked this at Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary. The shot was taken from a boat. Would like to know whether the angle is OK or should I have risen a bit to keep the angle of shot at eye level.

You have got it sharp. The lighting was harsh. Unfortunately, these places don't allow tourists early in the morning. The dark patch on the extreme right is distracting. So a vertical capture would have worked better.

Rangantittu is an awesome place to get these guys. It would be nice to play with different exposure setting on these guys as they would yield great results . You have done well to get this guy sharp. But I find the harsh light a bit of an distraction, esp on the rock
