Udai,
The id is right. It is an Indian Roller and is also known as blue jay or neelkanth. I would like some more brightness to this image. I like the blurred trees in the background and the dry branch on which it is sitting doesn't look distracting. I would have experimented with f8 for some added depth of field. Thanks for sharing.
