    Moving slightly to the right or waiting for the bird to turn its head slightly towards you would have enhanced the eye contact.

    The bird droppings on the rock seems to be very bright. Nevertheless, slightly more space at the bottom to accommodate the legs fully would have been better.

    How much crop is this? I wonder, why the image is not very sharp. How do you process your images?
