The vertical composition looks good. The perch is nice. A slight head turn towards you would have been good. Do try a narrower aperture. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with the previous comment. A head turn towards you would have been better. At the moment the bird is looking away from the frame, so it is not engaging. What time was it shot, as you have used ISO 2000.

The head is turned away in this image. A slight head turn towards you from the plane of the sensor is usually preferred as an ideal head angle. What is the orangey patch at the top?
