    Default Spot Billed Pelican

I was not ready for this shot! It took off and I had to hurry for this shot. I am quite happy with the results. C&C welcome.

Nice take off pose captured. The water splash looks nice. Is this a crop? More space at the bottom to include the reflection in full would enhance the image further. Is there a slight tilt, do check. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.

This is cropped as there was another bird nearby which could not be captured in full. In fact, you can see the reflection on the left side of the image. As to the reflection of the bird, I could not get if fully as I was not ready for this shot and what was captured is what is there in the snap. Will check on the tilt.

Lovely action shot! Water droplets give a nice feel of take-off. Wish the focus was more on the bird but an superb snap and equally nice reflexes

I agree with the previous comments. Which AF point were you using for focussing?
