Nice image. I like the eye contact. The background is well diffused, except for the dark patch at the right and bottom. Composition is fine. Where was it photographed? Thanks for sharing.

Superb composition, Dr! Lovely placement and head turn. BG is good - I would have cloned the dark patch in the bottom. May be it's my monitor, but I see a bit of green cast like after increasing green hues.
