Udai,
The branch on the back behind the head is a bit distracting. I wish more separation between that branch and the roller. It would have helped if you could have moved a bi to your left, though I don't know if it was possible to move to your left. I would crop the hint of the branch on the lower right hand side.

The eyes are really sharp. i like that... however the bird seems a tat underexposed... I downloaded your image and worked on it. Does this look better?
