    F 5.6 1/250 sec
    ISO 200, Aperture Priority
    Exposure Compensation : - 0.7
    shot this in Kavdi near Pune, it was cloudy day.
    Tried to capture surrounding environment for better composition.

    Saby : the image i posted here looks softer than what I have on my harddisk. these are same images. what might be the reason

    Kiran,
    I like the inclusion of the environment. The one at the left is at a greater distance than the one at the right. The right one is in focus. I wish the left one was more in focus. A higher aperture say f8 would have brought down the shutter speed, but that would have given you higher depth of field. Overall, I like this shot. Thanks for sharing.

    This year, I shot them in Bharatpur, but they remained at a greater distance than the bar headed geese.

    Nice shot. Thinking if you could crop a bit from the top, so the more focus is on the birds.

    Lovely image, Kiran. The colours on the birds have come out very well. Capturing the surrounding environment too seems a good idea. I love how the birds stand out against the green BG. Makes them look very striking!
