    Default Minimalist View!

    At Morjim beach.
Unsure about ID: Kentish Plover/Lesser Sand Plover?

    Canon EOS 1000D, 300mm f/4L IS + 1.4x Extender
    SS 1/400 (+2/3 EC)
    f/8
    ISO 200

    Slightly cropped.
    Comments and critiques welcome.

    Is the waterline distracting?

I think it is Kentish Plover. The light is tricky. The vertical composition is nice. The waterline is fine, shows it habitat well. Do you have any side profile images? Thanks for sharing.

The eye is in the shadow. That takes away a lot from the image. Else it would have been nice. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
