Wish you had got it with its wings in the downstroke. that would have helped in lighting it better. In this case the pelican is moving away from you. Clicking a moment or two before this might have resulted in a better eye contact. The thick black border is a distraction and doesn't help in critiquing. Thanks for sharing.
