The dove like head points towards a honey buzzard. Looks like a male from the red colour eye. The body colours looked a bit different. Would appreciate id from experts :-)

I think this bird is ORIENTAL HONEY-BUZZARD (Pernis ptilorhyncus)
That's right Mohan - Oriental Honey Buzzard. The bird has nicely framed between the V shaped branch, nice shot Sabyasachi where did you shot this
